They were awesome. Originally, there was a problem with the motor on my swamp cooler. When Duke City replaced it, it was not installed correctly so, of course, it went out again a yr later which was past the warranty. I talked with Mike at Duke City in Albuquerque and he went out and took a look. He replaced the motor again and redid the work that had originally been done free of cost. My swamp cooler is back up and running and things are good again!
