Stay away. I called 4 hours before I was supposed to pick up my car to ask where I could park, got an answering machine saying to expect a call back in 15 minutes. They never called. Went to pick up the car, and they REQUIRE proof of insurance & a power bill which was never told to me in my travelocity reservation. So they told me to go back to my car, drive home, and my refusal to do so (because of time limitations) basically meant they refused my business, forcing me to find a car at a better/reliable rental agency.
