I did my program with Kathy and Tammy back in September and I want to say Thank You SO MUCH! I lost 12lbs and my waist decreased by 4 inches. Kathy taught me how to eat the right food combinations so that I wouldn’t feel disgusted. Kathy taught me to not feel ashamed by eating. I had previously read about the hCG program and was skeptical. But I called and found that Kathy’s program is NOT the 500 calorie program. She takes a realistic 1200-1500 calorie approach for REAL and LASTING weight management. I’d heard of a similar program on Dr. Oz, the Steve Harvey show and read some info from a woman named Dr. Emma. I was so happy to find something local and one that works. Kathy and Tammy care about my health during and after the program. Its been a few months since I graduated and my weight is staying off. I eat normally and am continuing to lose weight. I was skeptical at first, but seeing results weekly made it easier to continue. I was glad I decided to join with a friend as it was easier but if you plan on this yourself it's just as easy. Be patient, learn new ways to eat .. Results are the best I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks and able to retain my weight loss after with meal prepping and guidance from Kathy.
