If I could give this place zero stars I would. This cleaners should be out of business! If it weren't for the price it would be. The first time I had a problem with this cleaners was when I picked up a shirt and two of the buttons were missing. All they told me was if I buy more buttons they would sew them back on. No apologies at all. The second time they lost my husband's shirt. Another customer returned it two weeks later so he was able to get it back. Today was the final straw. My husband dropped of my work clothes on Saturday and today when I picked them up five pieces were missing. The manager tried to give me some men's shirts saying on the video it looked like there were men's shirts in there. I knew they were not my husbands shirts right away. My husband only dropped off my clothes and there were no mens clothes at all. Then he said he had to find the missing items he didn't have them right now. When I got home and sorted through what I did pick up I realized exactly what was missing. When I tried to call and let the manager know what pieces were missing they said he wasn't there then they said he was too busy to come to the phone. Two of the items happen to be one of my favorite business suits so I hope what ever customer they gave it to returns it. I will NEVER use this cleaners again. If you value having your clothes returned to you after being cleaned I warn you to take them somewhere else. The employees here are rude and they do horrible job at cleaning. All of the shirts that I did pick up were wrinkled when I took them out of the plastic. Only the pants are pressed. Every shirt is wrinkled from the front to the back. This place is a waste of money even if it is cheap! STAY AWAY!
