Great place for pedicures and nails. Good prices, clean, relaxing environment and friendly staff. Always take their time.

My daughter comes here all the time and I hate it last time I came I was over charge for a new set of nails that were short and the gel. My daughter got hers long and designs and Simonds and still paid less then me , I dought I'll ever go back never can get what I asked for. Very unprofessional.

I went in today for a mani, pedi and eye brow wax
I had the French pedi and he put one coat of clear on
I'll put another so it will hold longer
I had the worst manicure I've ever had
One coat on my polish on mani as well
And didn't trim my cuticles well at all
I still need a manicure
Eye brows by a lady that was super fast
I need to tweeze some that she missed
Overall, very disappointed. I won't go back.

Excellent spa! I'm a diabetic with neuropathy and the massages they give helps me have feeling in my feet and legs. Always has been professional and clean when I have been in. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

Honestly it was so bad there. I usually like going there but now it's ridiculous. During Christmas time I got my nails done with a design and diamonds on my nails and I was only charged 38. Then I came to get my nails done and it wasn't the color I was expecting, my nails aren't not the length that I wanted even when I told her they were still too long and I just got my nails painted. No design or anything. And I got charged 40. Never coming back.

I have read the reviews and am shocked! I've had nothing but good experiences here! I'm Type ll Diabetic and have neuropathy (numbness in feet) and so a good pedicure is a must for me! I also to have ingrown toenails that need to be tended to. I have been treated very courteously and my pedicurist is awesome!!!

Worst place in town. Dirty,dirty,dirty. They should be closed down. Who inspects these places? Uses same tools over and over no sterilizing! Where r the spa police? Any regulations for these places?

Not enough employees to care for all the customers. this is the third time I have come here for a simple Pedi, and I am still waiting going on 40 mins now. just sitting in a Pedi chair, not even any water to put my feet here. the only reason I keep coming back is bc they give you long massages when you get a Pedi.

This used yo be the best salon in town. Good customer service, friendly and strived to do a good job. Boy how things have changed. Now when you enter you are asked if you have an appointment (even tho the sign reads walk ins welcome) and if you don't you are treated as more of a nuisance than a customer. After the long wait time they seem annoyed they have to help you. I have even gone right at opening time and was asked if i had an appointment when I replied no I was told "maybe you won't be a problem" If they want to be an appointment only salon take your sign down!!!! I won't be going again there are many more salons in Amarillo that would like my business.
