My husband ordered a very beautiful full looking flower arrangement for Valentines Day from Toles. It first began when they called MY cell phone to tell him the vase he picked out was sold out. One they ruined my surprise of getting flowers and two the vase they compensated for the sold out vase was basically a cheap looking milk bottle. The worst part was when the flowers arrived they looked NOTHING like the picture and it looked like they dug old wilted falling apart flowers out of the trash and threw them in a vase. He paid decent money and got garbage. When we called they basically said they can't be wilted they are "fresh flowers". They were so rude. They gave us $15 back on our order. I wish they would have came back and got the flowers. I can't even stand to look at them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GREEDY UNPROFESSIONAL "FLORIST"!!
