I have used Dr. Ratzlaff for approximately 4 years. She is an excellent and thorough vet and is very patient with the horses.I highly recommend her.

Dr. Ratzlaff is an amazing and wonderful vet! She examines and treats with diligence and attention to detail, but with the compassion and kindness every horse owner needs. She takes her time and makes you feel as though you were her only appointment that day. When my gelding colicked she was the first call I made. She came to my aid immediately and saved my horses life. First thing the next morning, and 2 more times that following day, she called me to check on his status. I always felt that she was just a phone call away, rather to set up an appointment or just for some advice. I love that she explains everything she is doing and ensures you are comfortable with the treatment. If you’re a first time horse owner she will take the time to explain the medications and procedures to you. You won’t find a better vet!
