Well she did a half job on my hair. I looked like a clown, it was so bad that my mother had to fix it properly. They did a half job on my hair. I wanted a Mohawk and I wanted the top of my hair to be curly she did nothing but flat ironed it, and wet the top with water and put lotion for body perms-wave-curls and texturizers, it was nothing but hair lotion. She said that it will curl my hair. My mother put it in her hair and the lotion didn't curl her hair. So they tricked me into getting hair lotion that doesn't curl hair and they didn't even slick the sides down properly instead of using gel she used grease and it did a horrible job which left my hair very greasy and unslicked properly. She tricked me into buying hair lotion and Lay right which doesn't slick my hair down properly. Oh yeah and she said that she didn't care about her customers she just want their money. Even her boyfriend the barber next to her didn't do hair right

Made a purchase and the item did not fit, and went to take it back and was told there are no refunds which if I had been told that when I bought the item would have been fine and I did not see any signs posted to that effect. They lost my business forever over a five dollar return
