My little Yorkie/Bichon went far too long without a groom & matting some. She will get squirmy and run if I try to brush or comb her, just enough knowing I will give up. I had an appt. with Catleen at this Petsmart a couple of days ago. I told her I wanted a short cut but not shaved. I also wanted her face kept adorable with her hair, not shaved like a poodle. I have had the nightmare of bringing her other places and come back to find my little girl shaved and also burned by the grooming tools used on her! I left & came back into the store 2 hrs. later. Catleen was finishing her groom on my little girl. She was sweet & patient with her and my little girl looked exactly as I asked and just gorgeous!!!! The price is very reasonable and Catleen was wonderful!!! Petsmart cashier was also wonderful!!! Thank you all!! I will be back!!!

Banfield Pet Clinic at this location is very, very good ! Also, the clerks at the actual store are very helpful.
