EEST is truly a "diamond in the rough", in a relatively obscure location (an underdeveloped strip mall at Dysart and Thomas, next to Fresh and Easy). The food at Eest is a cut above the average chineese resaurant. Prepared fresh, served with care, priced reasonably....you can't beat it. I've eaten here 3 times now, and it has been great every time. Relaxed atmosphere, great service, and did I mention the food is excellent! They are a bit hidden in a mostly empty shopping plaza, I don't think they have been discovered yet. Try them, you'll go back again too.
