Great place to shop for a mattress! The customer service was excellent. They took their time with me, making sure that I was able to look at all my different options when choosing a mattress. This is the third mattress that I have purchased from them, and couldn't be more pleased with them all. They have been around for a very long time, and certainly know top of the line mattresses!
If I'm going to write a review on service, I would say the guy was nice and available to answer all our questions and was very approachable. Now I was there to buy a good mattress not to have a good time. So this is why I only gave a one star. This guy said this Is a great mattress it will last for years. It's a great quality mattress. Almost $1000 later we are on our way home with it. 2 years later I'm laying here at 4:30am unable to sleep because my lower back is in pain. I have to get up every morning an stretch only so that I can release some tension that has been building up through the night so that I'm not in pain all day. If I over sleep I wake up cause its painful. Sometimes I'm still sleepy so I get up and go to the couch. This is the thing, there is no need to lie just to make a quick buck. I'm willing to spend good money for a good mattress. I'm not in my early twenties when quality of sleep didn't matter to me. Not even then I bought a mattress for almost $500 and it was comfortable for almost 10 years. This mattress I was told would be good for years to come, in fact I think he used the words a life time, lied. 2 years into it it's crap. Bottom line I will never go there again nor recommend any one to there simply because I can trust what they say.
After shopping around for a week, we found that Sleep N Aire was the lowest in prices by far. My wife and I are so happy with our new bed and the help we received in picking out the bed that was best for my back issues. This company comes highly recommended from myself!
