I have a International 9400I with a bit of a complex starting system and he was able to track down the problem quickly. My tractor broke down in the middle of the night with an electrical problem. I called for road service and got quick response. I would recommend to any truck driver. Problem was resolved in a short period of time at a reasonable cost.
