Wes Tieman is literally an angel on earth— my 17 year old son had an accident and ended up with a flat tire and busted rim (or so I thought was the only damage). I had his car towed to Tieman’s, where I stated what I needed and got a very fair price.
I live near Indy and was headed back north when Mr. Tieman called with some concerns about other damage. He asked if I had a mechanic and I told him that I did not, yet I had been eyeballing one across the street, in case the car actually needed more than tires. Wes offered to drive the car to the mechanic to get things checked out.
Long story, short, I ended up with a laundry list of repairs and I was at a loss for how to pay for everything. The mechanic (shout out to Lloyd at Autochoice) happened to mention my struggle to Wes and I received a phone call from him shortly after. He worked with me on a payment plan and said that he simply wanted me to be safe, in which I needed tires and the repairs to accomplish that.
I was shocked beyond belief that a person could be so kind in this day and age. The man literally brought tears to my eyes and he definitely gained a customer for life.
Normally, people only post bad reviews, but I am going to write this review on every review board I can find. I am going to sing Mr. Tieman’s praises to every person I meet, as you don’t often find such a rare gem like him in this world anymore. In fact, I’ve already convinced a co-worker to bring her business to Wes, as she will be in the market for new tires soon. Mr. Tieman is as legit as it gets and it is worth the drive, even from Indy to do business with him. If you happen to see Mr. Tieman in his shop, shake the man’s hand, tell him “thank you”for me, and let him know Jennifer sent you.

Swung into the Bloomington Tieman Tire today 5 minutes before closing time half expecting to be shooed away but instead received excellent customer service! I managed to pick up a nail in one of my tires and they graciously repaired it free of charge, staying overtime to do so. These guys have been helping my family out for years and I would highly recommend going to them for any tire or wheel service you may need!

This is a no frills tire dealer that offers a lot of different brands and sizes at very competitive prices. The people there are very courteous and get you in and out in a very timely fashion. They offer free flat repairs and free tire rotations on the tires you buy from them. I was going to order a set of tires online, but found that by the time I paid freight and paid someone else to put them on, I wasn't saving any money and had to pay every time I had a flat or needed the tires rotated. I personally bought a set of Michelin tires there and have found them to be the best tires I have ever had. They do nothing but sell tires (no undercar service) so there was no pressure to fix this or that. I needed an alignment on my car and they merely pointed this out to me, and suggested a couple of different shops to do the work I needed. I am a customer for life.

I have been to many tire companies and no company has ever given me faster service. I just took my car back to get the tires rotated and it took them less than 5 minutes to rotate and balance all 4 tires. This is also true of all the Tieman tire locations. Fast Fast Fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
