      TERRIBLE!!!! they charge you an arm & a leg to prepare your taxes ($160). And when you call to retrieve documents, they say you must wait 4 weeks before you can be serviced. I didn't make them wait 4 weeks for my tax prep fee. This type of business is disgusting!
