Love this place. Very consistent quality. Love their omelettes, deli sandwiches, salads, and coffee. Very busy on Sunday mornings. Saturday too.

We had the brisket which was tough and tasteless. we also had the tongue which was like eating rubber. i would recommend going to a little deli in Brookline called "Michaels Deli" which is excellent!

When visiting Boston, we always make time to enjoy the fare at ZAFTIGS. Food is served hot and promptly by friendly staff ( passing emergency napkins or finding chair for a late-comer is done without hesitation.) Even the patrons are pleasant, probably because they are enjoying the spinach/cream cheese omelette w/sprinkle of caviar, an enormous Rueben sandwich or the challah french toast w/fruit. If there is a wait, go to the small park next door, the greeter will come outside to find your party. I'm told the catering service is wonderful, and before you leave, check out the clever t-shirts for sale. Casual and not pricey for an enjoyable meal.Jen L. PhelanManchester, Mo.

Generous portions, great homestyle food with a huge menu. You can get anything from matzo ball soup, to a healthy salad or banana stuffed French toast. Long line for weekend brunch, but the food is worth it! Try the granola pancakes!
