I like shopping at jcp! But I was desperate for a trim and walked into the empty salon upstairs. she cut my hair and insulted it the whole time. she charge me $32 for a DRY TRIM!! UNREAL!!!! a dry trim really? Way to half a** doing your job no wonder why the salon was empty! Never again

this store is horrible at customer service. if they dont have in stock items no one will help you to see if another store has it and since each jcp is owned by a different person they wont honor each others prices. i found that out the hard way after driving from the blvd store to the galleria mall. overall the staff is slow, uneducated on their own products and they arent worth my time and money. not to mention if they have a sale they jack up the prices of each item. its not a sale then. i hate this store.

JC Penny's is one of the last stores that has maintained high quality merchandise in every department. They have such a varied selection, especially in ladies clothing. I normally hate shopping but I love shopping here.
