This is my local Kay store and I go here often because I love jewelery and I enjoy seeing the friendly faces who are always helpful and courteous. Henry, the assistant manager, is usually working when I go in and he's a great sales man, but doesn't treat you like you're just another sale. I've bought from other jewelery stores and so I can appreciate good service. It isn't just about the jewelery.
