On June 13, I had my oil changed. The tech at Valvoline recommended that I install new wipers. I did. . .$30.



One month later, I had my car inspected and the car would not pass inspection. The reason: The wipers streaked badly. The tech showed me how poorly these wipers cleaned my windshield. He wasn't lying.



I went back to Valvoline today, asking for a refund. They accused the inspection mechanic of just "trying to sell me something." Isn't that funny, considering that Valvoline and other quick stop oil change places are accused of doing the exact same thing?



Anyway, the assistant manager would not give me a refund. I refuse to go back there again, and give this place a huge "thumbs down" because of its poor customer service and attitude.



I have also found them to be more expensive than most places.
