Whenever i do an event that requires floral, LW Direct is my market of choice! This market is not as large as some of the other markets in the city, but that's what i love about it! You know that when you go in there the selection is always fresh and the customer service is superb! I give it an A+++++!!

Worst service ever! dont waste your money not worth what little you save. They promise alot but dont deliver.Flowers are average at best. I know people in the business and evryone agrees these newbies have alot to learn.

I am a floral designer in Chicago. My company specializes in exclusive weddings and events. The flowers and specifically large headed Ecuadorian roses from LW DIRECT are the best!! In my 25+ years of floral design buying and experience this company is standing apart, they receive fresh shipments in continually. The owner is in close contact with the Rose farms continually. Literally he is always on the phone ordering extremely large headed long stemmed roses, we need 5000 stems of a variety or color no one in Chicago can get, and he says "no problem" roses are in Chicago in our design center in 72 hours directly from Ecuador from order to delivery. This company has got the freshness and quality every florist has been looking for years. This company has got it together and will be big very soon. Excellent quality, Great Pricing and Attentive. No nonsense service or excuses ever. Great great supplier.

We did not buy directly from this wholesaler but the flowers our florist used in our wedding were from this company-LW DIRECT. I have to say the flowers were the most beautiful flowers I had ever seen. Our wedding flowers were that of a hollywood wedding, Orchids, Hydrangeas, Giant Ecuadorian Roses, Amaryllis, Callas, Lisianthus, Viburnum, Cymbidiums lush tropical foliages and the most delicate touches of Astilbe and Lily of the Valley. My entire wedding party was awestruck by the beauty and quality we were presented with on our Most Special of Days. Our florist informed us of who the wholesaler he works exclusively with for his major events. We wanted the world of flowers present on our day and our Florist and LW DIRECT delivered nothing short of perfection. We have attended several weddings since our wedding day but although the designs were wonderful and inspiring the flowers did not match the quality of the designs.
