      Management and staff is lacking at the Clarksville, TN location. The manager blew me off when I was trying to share info about the performance of a pair of shoes I boughtsix months ago that the entire sole came off. He flippant said it happens. The fact that I was paying for a different brand and showed him the ruined shoes I had warn to work with my dress slacks wasn't enough for him to pause and give a care. Then when I paused after making my purchase to fill out a drawing and asked what do we use to submit for the drawing he spoke under his bread to another employee and turned from me like I didn't exist. Wow don't know if this is normal but my money is the same as everyone else and I found the shopping experience lacking all around. Don't plan on going back anytime soon. Kim
