This negative review is well earned and long overdue! I made the unwise decision of hiring this person to handle the modification of my one child custody agreement. Being one of the many that saw their once promising career detoured to the most recent economic down turn I had to do much of the footwork to gather the correct paperwork from the Viera courthouse for this modification. My ex-wife and her declining mental state (Baker acted 2 times), prompted me to seek action to gain sole custody of our child. I mentioned my job situation earlier, I did this to relay the fact that due to no job, I gathered all of the correct paperwork to file papers to "get the ball" in motion. I relied on the free services of the courthouse as well as numerous, generous with their time attorneys. I then approached VM because I wanted to have a legit attorney on my side when the case was brought a judge... wow, did I make the mistake of all mistakes. First off, when we met in his office, he was very confident about himself being the "little guy" going against the more well known attorney (my ex was now involved with an attorney...the son of a known but less respected defense attorney). I like his me against the world attitude, his behind the scene candor of how the attorneys that she was involved with operated. I felt that I found a guy that I could turn loose and fight for me and my little girl. WRONG! All bark, no bite. Almost as soon as I submitted my payment for him to take the case he seemed totally lost. He would leave voice mail messages (that I replied promptly), stating that the packet of legal documents that I gave him were missing important pages. He was wrong, I made an exact copy of the many pages that I handed over to him so I would literally flick to the page that he was looking for and then inform him that yes, I did include it in the document package and here is where you can find it. Terrible and unorganized. To wrap this up... the situation has taken care of itself organically, my daughter and I are happy, healthy and my ex-wife no longer in the picture... and so is this guy. I hope that this review assists anyone into thinking twice about hiring this guy. Good luck to you and be happy...most lawyers are not and that alone gives my heart a slight upspike. :)

Down to Earth Attorney

Vencil Moore is a very dedicated attorney. He worked very hard on our case for more time with my husband's kids. He was willing to fight for father's rights when other attorneys wanted so much more from us. The other attorneys said we needed a therapist to come in and see how the kids interacted with each parent. Mr. Moore was the only attorney that wanted to take the case and I would recommend him completely.
