Provided by YP.comLast month I went there for two holsters. The owner(Greg?) was kinda of impatient. Later he directly turned to other customers without answering my questions(did I ask too much???). I had good experience selling stuff over there about three years ago(just like DSA mentioned). but the guy I dealt with before was not the owner. Can't believe nowadays they treat customers like that. Just because I was shopping cheap holsters instead of rifles?

Great selling experience! Very knowledgeable staff as well as very helpful.
Shop owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. I collect lincolns and a few other things but he has always helped me when I had questions. I always research pricing for the grade of coin I am looking for and I have never found his to be overpriced, I have however found others locally that will charge nearly the same price he charges or more for a lesser grade coin, just because they say its a certain grade doesnt mean it is! If you dont know what your looking for as far as grade and pricing its easy to pass the book and say he is to expensive or anyone for that matter. Im not saying this is the only place I look for my coins theres many options when looking but, this man has always been fair with me and I have never seen an overpriced coin in his store, Of course, I dont go looking for junk coins either!

I went in to this shop looking for halves. His price was significantly higher than other shops in town. He wanted $7 for junk coins at a time when others in the city were only charging $6.25. He also didn't really seem to want my business. I bought a couple of coins for the kids but I could have spent a lot more money if he had shown some interest in helping me. He wasn't rude but he certainly wasn't friendly at all. I'm not sure why most of these coin shops in Columbus act like they don't care either way whether or not you do business with them. Oh well, his loss.

Provided by YP.comWhat a pleasant surprise!!! I walked into the store, met the owner, gave him a small box of coins/jewelry. I thought, "Okay I might get $50.00 for all of this stuff!" Was I ever surprised. I received a very generous offer and took it. The funny thing is that most of the stuff I was going to just throw away. I figured it had no value, was I every wrong. The owner, Greg Martin is a very nice man and it was interesting just to hear some of his stories. Most people are like me - thinking they have items not worth much, and then they are pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend taking a trip to Gemco Coins & Jewelry shop. I plan to return in the future.
