She misdiagnosed my cat, couldn't give a shot properly, and had a horrible bedside manner. The assistance that work there are just as unfriendly. I found them to be very insensitive. When my cat died, they threw out my cat's files within two months, then called me about 7 months later telling me there was a recall on a vacation giving to my cat that was now deceased. They didn't even know because they had purged my files! I have lived in other states and have moved around quite a bit. I have been to 6 different vets and this was by far the worst! I would never take my cats back there, EVER!
