This place is kind of hit and miss. If you catch them on a good day, its usually a pretty good experience. If you catch them on a bad day, the experience is not very good. The owner comes off as a know-you-better-than-you-know-yourself type and is not exactly pleasant. The counter staff are usually pretty good and I have always found them to be helpful. The range guy is usually pretty good, but on busy days you will find yourself sitting for 45 minutes before they call a cease fire so you can walk down range and put up your target. It's better than it used to be. Years ago they hired a bunch of young men that were as mature as sixth graders. Now the staff is a lot better.

Best sporting clays layout around. They are very safety oriented there. Feels more safe than most ranges.

Extremely rude younger man running the inside. I asked for .380 ammo, wanting to buy some and he only shook his head. Never spoke, never made eye contact. I will take my business elsewhere.

The owner of Gun Emporium is a very nice man, however the range is not what it used to be. The employees are very rude, especially to first time shooters, and those interested in CHL courses. Hopefully they can make some positive changes, or else they will not be getting my business. :/

i had a mossburge 30-30 and i needed it reassembled because it was taken apart i took it up there turned it in and they we nice but when i picked it up and i met the gunsmith he was very rude and said i was stupid for taking it apart and never do it again and was just RUDE but when i got it home i put some shells in it then i tried to cycle a shell through it and i locked up on me so i tried it again and once again the same thing happened so i asked my wife to take it up there for me to be fixed and he insulted her and told her there was nothing wrong with it i am very unhappy with the place and will never take or buy an more gun from this place

I'll never go there again because the range safety guy is an as-hole. First, he through a fit when I told him that I needed to move over to a different station to shoot the 50yrd to zero in my scope. I had started out at the 100 thinking that I was already on paper. There was hardly anyone there at the time. Second, he ended up checking my water canteen because he claimed that he smelled someone drinking alcohol on the range. I certainly didn't smell what he was smelling and it seemed to me as more harassment at the time. Unbelievable!

I had several issues with a new gun that I purchased at another location. Nick and Terry were awesome and helped me fix all my issues. Nick is a great gunsmith and Terry has great general knowledge of guns and people skills. They both did everything thing in their power to help me even when they didn't have to. When I bought a scope a week later, I had problems with it and Nick helped me again! Had a great time, fun place to shoot. Range officer talks a little loud, but he has been on the range with the guns for probably twenty years. Super nice guy answers all questions!
