I purchased 4 rims last 11/11/16. I was very disappointed they forgot to tightened the wheel bolts on front and rear driver side. I noticed a noise and when i check the tires i could loosen the bolt by hand. Bad experienced. I called and talked to the Assistant Manager. He said he will have a meeting about it

I work offshore and called the store to buy my tires and make an appointment for my girlfriend to take my car in and have the tires put on. They were very helpful getting me the tires I wanted and paid for them over the phone. Appointment was on a Saturday at 10a.m. and she was out in 15 minutes!! Discount tire will be the only place i will ever get tires!!

They are very helpful and strive to help me with the problems my car has had. They have found a nail in my tire spot on. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

This place rocks for service! I made a 8am appointment for a tire rotation, via the web site and I was back in my car on the road at 8:08am. They are super fast and super nice. I will not go to any other location now that I have been to this one.
