NOT GO HERE!!!!!! If I had the option to give no stars I would. Bad business.... I took in a part to get pressed and they told us it would take a few hours and we are going on day 4. When they did give me the part back it was not correctly pressed and tried convincing me it would be ok (which I knew otherwise, because that would only creat further damage) now day 4 I have been in the shop for over 2 hours and they are giving me a run around. They now sent my part to someone else. Just a little advice do NOT go here!!!!!! Extremely bad business they drink alcohol on the clock and I seen a bat sitting behind the counter (which clearly means they have had conflict in the past with an unhappy customer)

These guys have been there a long time and have been a great help over the years. Their prices are always competitive and they stand behind their guarantees. Best of all they carry items that most parts stores don't and they are not afraid to tell you where you can get it if they can't get it for you. Great guys... jim

Doug knows his stuff! After visiting Pep Boys and dealing with inexperienced employees and one smart guy who ordered the wrong part. I went over to Southwestern and Doug not only knew exactly what I needed but he had it in stock too!!! Since then I always check Southwestern first. Thanks!

These guys know cars and car parts. They are also very supportive. This is an old school type parts store. What they don't have they can usually get within a reasonable time. I needed an alternator, called them, they ordered it, and i picked it up in three hours! A large cat roams the store who acts more often like a dog always brings me a smile.
