This company is not worth the time, money, or headache they require.

I told them to start with the big stuff I can’t and if they have extra time they can get the random things from the cabinets but it’s not a big deal as a lot of it will be donated and I’m not leaving for 15 more days.

The small things they packed were thrown into boxes and many of my things are smashed and broken.

The sheets and towels were open stacked and taped together using 2 boxes that equal 1 1/2 that could have been left behind considering it took them 7 hours and didn’t meet my criteria for time to pack. And also could have been thrown into trash bags for free.


They over packed a few boxes that didn’t need to brought or packed at all. 3 men move that slow at $150/hour.

They LIED about how much they packed for to the company to make 7 hours and almost $50 in packing materials seem normal to their boss for a mostly pre-packed one bedroom apartment that I’ve already taken 4 truck loads out of.

The other companies I’ve used have only charged me about $300 for my mostly pre-packed one bedroom apartment. I was quoted about $400.

My crew at Delicate Moving was extremely slow. Even while driving to the second location 2 miles away with no traffic.... We had to wait on them to arrive an extra 15 minutes.

I asked him to stop wrapping my glasses as they were going to be donated after 4 hours of them “doing the best they can”. He didn’t listen. It took them almost 40 minutes to get the last 3 totes I needed moved with 3 movers. I literally locked them out of my apartment and waited in my truck for them to follow from their non compliance.

He was very confrontational and disrespectful when I told him $1300 when I was expecting $400 is too much. It was the rudest I have ever been talked to. My hands were shaking I was so upset at his low class reaction for this quadrupled industry time and price. I lost a whole day in business (as this was a business move.)
