Very disappointed. It was my first visit to the salon with a Stylist who's somewhat new and I left there with the worst color job ever.



I had gone in for highlights and a cut. I was very specific stating that I wanted natural highlights - not bleached streaks through my hair and guess what I got? Blond/white (in the right light, they actually have a green tint to them) streaks in my hair. It's far from a natural look and far from attractive. I mentioned to the Stylist that I was really shocked at how bad they looked and she did offer to tone them down if I could schedule another appointment later in the week. But, I won't go back - can't trust them to fix it since it was such a bad job the first time around. I don't know what I'll end up with.

I think what Stylists need to keep in mind is that when you get your hair done, you're a walking billboard. Everyone who saw the results wanted to know what salon I had visited specifically so they wouldn't go there. I have to say, the Stylist was very nice and the cut wasn't bad, but I'd never go back for color.

I had my hair cut by one of the owner's, Mary, and she did a great job. She was a perfectionist and took her time to make sure it was just right. I have thick hair and she knew what to do with it. The salon service is excellent. I was impressed that they had me fillout a questionnaire and asked if I would mind a follow-up phone call. I also received a gift for being a new customer. Now that is good customer service.
