Very professional, flawless move from Florida to Chicago. We had a couple different companies come over for an estimate. Rhino quoted a very reasonable rate compared to others. I was very skeptical and made them crazy. Rikki who is in sales did an excellent job. Prices were not changed when movers arrived. Not one thing broke. No items were missing. Very professional and careful when they came toive us. Extremely professional at drop off. I highly recommend Rhino Moving. They made our move so easy.

They have delivered exactly what I asked for. Perfectly executed move. They were on time at the moving day, wrapped and boxed my stuffs with great care and conducted the loading and unloading flawlessly. Their final price stayed within the reach and we did not have to suffer as far as the damage was concerned. Overall, a great experience with Rhino moving.

I would give no stars if possible. This company caused me and my family so much stress and heartache, it's difficult to put into words. But, I will try because I don't want anyone else to become victimized by this company. We were making a long distance move from Miami to Los Angeles. Howard assured me that they handled cross country moves all the time. I chose them based on price as well as Howard bad mouthing the competition. I should have known better. At any rate, the pick up went somewhat smoothly, but the delivery was not smooth at all. We had to call every day for several weeks to find out the status of our truck. It took 3 weeks longer than quoted. We usually didn’t even get information when we called. Therefore, we were in our home in Los Angeles for several weeks without anything. Then when our items arrived, it was a huge cluster---. Almost every box was damaged in some way. There were many high ticket items missing, and the guys that delivered really didn’t care. Howard had assured me that they did not sub contract, but my delivery guys barely knew Rhinos name. They just advised me to file a claim, which I did. When our items arrived, it looked like we had been the bottom of the barrel in the moving truck.,,and we had a lot of stuff. Either way it appeared that our items were at the bottom of their pile from Miami to LA, and that’s how they were delivered. My husband had been advised at the pick up to not purchase the additional insurance…BIG MISTAKE. I also tried to claim it on our homeowners insurance. That didn’t work either. Essentially, after hours of documentation including images and pricing, we were given a settlement of $72.00. The total of our damage exceeded $8000.00. I will include the inventory list I provided to Rhino. I ended up working with Rhino after that and Michelle promised they were going to rectify the situation in some way. After several months of talking to her and trusting her, she went off the grid. So here I am now offering innocent people my experience with the hopes that this behavior will not be repeated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE. NOR CAN THEY HANDLE A CROSS COUNTRY MOVE MUCH LESS A SMALL MOVE.

While looking for a reliable and affordable moving company my brother Steve helped me. He is a regular customer of rhino moving and he spoke sky highly about them. I took their number from him and called. After discussing the move with the sales guy there was no looking back. I hired them because they seemed to be professionals and result oriented. After using their service I now understand why Steve was insisting. It was so smooth that I actually never felt that I am in the middle of a move. I hired Rhino moving for my recent move which took place about a week ago. We moved to Oklahoma City, OK from Pompano Beach, FL. It was a 4 bed room move with regular households. But they had to deal with some very delicate art works and plenty of fragile antiques which were my main concern. My worst fear was almost come to the reality when one of the movers dropped a box full of antiques and that caused damage. Well the damage was not that serious but I still believe that they could have done better. But I am happy because they did the remaining tasks really well. Move was completed before the allotted time, no hidden fees involved; no bleach of contract and the final price was eventually $10 less than the quoted amount! We had a great experience with Cisco’s team from Rhino Moving! They came promptly and worked faster than expected. They moved our stuff to a 3 story house and were very easy going about making the truck up. They were very respectful to not ding the walls and carpeting which was very important since the place was new. They also tried their best to move the sleeper sofa into our guest room and while it didn't fit I know they tried everything they could. Also gave us lots of discounts and friendly service. This is the 4th move I've used Rhino Moving and they are so awesome that I keep using them in our every move and I will trust them to do all future moves.

Both my wife and I were worried about the move. We had many fragile items plus some very old and heavy furniture to move. So, we were extremely worried for the safety of the stuffs. But these movers started their job, we were relieved. They paid attention and were very careful while lifting and moving those stuffs. It was good to see their willingness to perform the best. It was Bill who took the challenge to schedule the move within such a short notice and also offered me a very reasonable price. Juan, their foreman worked really hard with his helpers and they all gave their best, used their skills and experience to the best use and completed my move all the way from Jacksonville, FL to Baltimore, MD without any problems at all.
