I got my eye exam in December 2017. The staff and optometrist were very friendly and professional. I was given an expired lens I missed my contact lens check-up to see how the contacts fit, because, you know its Michigan, and the winter storms, and I didn't know it was a deadline to finish something I had already paid for. I called to reschedule and they told me it was past the deadline to complete my contact lens exam that I already paid for. After not giving in they agreed to finish my contact lens exam. Here I am 4 months later with glasses that have one lens that has damage. I can clearly see the coating broken in a crackled pattern. The store manager only on visual examination only told me its scratches and not a defect. I would have to pay to get them replaced. After wearing glasses 30 years and never scratching my lenses I'm perplexed as to how I scratched one lens of my glasses. Needless to say, after spending over $500 I'm so disappointed.
