Always get good service and I have found a few great items there in terms of buying guitars and amps. Fantastic selection of wares, I've boughten items that range from ESP guitars to Full on steel Medieval helmets. Great recording equipment and other things to find at the Friendly Pawn!!!

The customer service at this establishment is excellent. I was greeted immediately upon walk-in, and didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. They had a good sense of product knowledge, so even though I didn't intent to buy, the representatives there were so helpful that I ended up purchasing a VCR, which by the way, had a wonderful price. I would make my next electronics purchase with them.
