Horrible business, extremely unprofessional, do not live up to their promises nor stand by their work. RIPOFF! No-shows on 6 different scheduled appointments...STAY AWAY!

El Paso Custom Iron Works responded quickly to my call. I needed a gate completed, and Sergio did so in a timely manner. The custom design is beautiful and was cheaper than a "plain" gate from other Iron Works companies. I called seven different companies for an estimate. 2 were more expensive, 2 didn't answer, 2 didn't call me back after they said they would and one didn't speak english, so we couldn't communicate.

I submitted an inquiry through the website and received a reply the same day. I scheduled a FREE estimate with Sergio for the very next day. I was completely involved in the planning and design of my security door and window guards. I was so impressed with the quality and workmanship, that I hired El Paso Custom Iron Works to create a new spiral staircase for me as well. I have referred several friends to them and no one has left unsatisfied.
