I went in originally looking for a Glock 23. They were still on back order and they kindly informed me that on the 21st of the month they'll expect them in but no guarantees as the manufacturer sometimes wasn't good at hitting their estimated days so I put a deposit on a S&W for the time being in case. Needless to say Glock delivered and I asked to move the deposit over towards the purchase of my new Gen4 Glock 23. With no questions asked, they took care of me and I went home with my new Glock. I recently purchased the Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380, the service I received was great. During the sale I was speaking with the salesman about the Smith & Wesson Shield, told him that I was on several waiting lists throughout town, and had been for almost a year.
