The food is always fresh and staff is super friendly and hard workers that just live off the tips

I'm surprised with the three 'guest' reviews posted. They are all written in the same style (on three consecutive days) and the stories are so outrageous that it seems to me that someone is trying to destroy the restaurant's reputation. If they were true, the place would have been shut down. The few times I went there the restaurant was clean, the food was above average - it always seemed fresh and they had a decent variety of items. Also the staff was friendly.

We went to this place on 020609 and we all sat down and we went up to the buffet and it at first looked ok, then we put some food on our plate.Well we got some chicken,or thought it was chicken,then my wife asked me what was I eating she was picking through my food on my plate and it was a small rodent(mice) or a kitten.I approached the waiter with this.She said she does not understand English.I advised her there is a problem with the food.It was part of an animal in our food.I asked for the manager.He first accused us in setting him up.Then he said get the hell out of here now.Are you trying to cause trouble for me.We asked for a to go bag.He said you are not taking that out of here.So my wife just poured the food including the part that had the animinal parts in to our baby's container.The manager tried to grab the container out of our hand,so we stuck it in our bag.He tried to block to exit door on us.Best advise don't eat here.The manager then yelled and said it is cooked.

We ate at Lin's Buffet and it was very bad.We asked for the manager and he said if you don' like it then don't come back in here ever again. My son threw up in the bath room. I told the manager it must have been something he ate off of the buffet because then my wife had to excuse herself also and she felt ill. I also became ill too. The manager said he does not care and he does not need to loose business because a couple people get sick.He said he would refund only one of the meals and if we didn't call the health department he said that next time he would give us all free meals next visit. I advised him that I would not eat in there even if I got free meals for life. He said that I better leave of else. I got on my cell phone to call a friend of mine and the manager grabbed my phone from me walked out side and threw it in the brush and said next time I ask you to leave don't you ever try to call someone in my place ever again. We called the health dept and there is a complaint filed.

We went to this place to get something good to eat.When we went there,it was totally bad.The people that we were with we all sat down to eat and I pointed out to her that there was a mouse in her food.She didn't see it at first.So I had picked it up with my fork,and it was a small baby mouse.We showed the manager and he didn't want to hear it,he said get out get out now before you cause any trouble.He said here is your money back.If I we you I would not eat at any of the Lin's buffet's at all.We use to go there once a week,but now we spread the word about this place.She almost ate the mouse,if I did not stop her.We also found a cock roach with the shrimp one other time when I was with someone else.Please beware of where you go and watch what is on the buffett and on your plate before you decide to put it in your mouth.We filed a complaint with the health department,and it was closed down for sometime.Beware of mice.Also the manager told us the mice was cooked,not raw.
