I have been with Major Optical for 10 years and have always been treated with the utmost respect, especially the employees at the Lee Trevino location!The employees are always very respectful and courteous . My children adore both Dr. Daniels and Dr. McPartlin. The doctors are very efficient and work hard to give me the best care possible for my children.

The doctor David McPartlin OD is by far one the best eye doctors Ive ever had in El Paso. The staff at the office on Lee Trevino are horrible. They do not call you back and are rude. I was trying to submit a claim and they refused because I had someone else give payment and pick up my daughters glasses. I didnt do it myself because like a lot of people, I work later than what they are open. I didnt even find out about the refusal til after 3 weeks of calling and non returned phone calls. Originally the excuse was that the claims clerk didnt know how to fill out the form...even though the claim form has a phone number in the case of not knowing how to do something properly. Luckily, I explained the issue to my insurance group and they still processed my claim. I would strongly advise to go elsewhere when wanting to purchase eyeglasses or contacts. I live in the east and will now drive to west side location so that I can still see the doctor.
