Vista Hills Animal Hospital is a wonderful clinic! Great doctors and wonderful staff. My family and I have been taking our pets here for the past 7yrs, we wouldn't have it any other way! The Boarding facility is beautiful and our pups love the pool! Highly recommend taking your pets here for any vet, grooming, or boarding services needed.

On October. 14 2014 I took my 19 yr. old cat for shots and grooming. She was giving an anesthesia because of matted hair. I did sign a waiver on the anesthesia because of her age and that was fine. However my cat didn't seem the same as she was not eating , drinking, or using the litter box. 3 days latter she collapsed on her face. I was up all night with her. She is now dying. I called Vista Hills so I can have her put down. Apparently the Vet doesn't arrive until 2 hrs after they are open. I expected better.I expected the receptionist to say I will call the Vet immediately please bring your cat in. So while I wait for the Vet for 2 hrs. my companion of 19yrs has to Suffer. Unbelievable. This is suppose to be a very good veterinarian service?

our family has gone to Vista Hills for more than 20 years. We have never had any issues and they have done more than their share in keeping our animals healthy and happy. We know we can always count on great service for our pets that we hold close to our hearts. Randy and his staff have always gone beyond the call of duty. When we had to let our "Barnie" go they were very compassionate with him and us.

I TOOK MY TWO DOGS INTO THIS VETS CLINIC (VISTA HILLS ANIMAL HOSPITAL) ON LOMALAND TO GET THEIR RABIE SHOTS AND CHIPS. MY DOGS ARE OUTSIDE DOGS NEVER INSIDE AND MY LAB PIT MIX DOG HAD AN ACCIDENT AFTER GETTING HIS SHOTS. HIS ACCIDENT OCCURED ON THE FLOOR IN THE WAITING ROOM. THE VET KICKED HIM FOR PEEING. MY HUSBAND GOT UPSET AND TOLD HIM THERE WAS NO NEED TO KICK OUR DOG. THE VET TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF OUR DOG BECAUSE HE PEED. AGAIN THIS IS AN OUTDOOR DOG WHO WAS SCARED AFTER GETTING SHOTS. IN EITHER CASE I TOLD HIM WHAT KIND OF VET KICKS A DOG. LIKE HIS KICK WOULD TEACH OUR DOG TO NEVER PEE INSIDE AGAIN. MY DOG LEFT THERE YELPING BECAUSE HE WAS SCARED. HOW DARE HE THINK ITS OK. WE WERE NOT THERE FOR HIM TO KICK HIM INTO OBEDIENCE WE WERE THERE FOR MEDICAL SERVICES. HE TOLD US HE WOULD WAIVE THE CHARGES FOR THE SERIVICES AND FOR US TO LEAVE, HE DID THIS SHOUTING AT US. HE KICKED US OUT FOR BEING UPSET. I CALLED THE ANIMAL CONTROL AND FILED A REPORT. IF HE WOULD DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS IN FRONT OF US WHAT DOES HE DO WHILE OWNERS ARENT AROUND.
