Horrible, horrible, service. Had an appointment and they never showed. They never even called. I cut a business lunch short to meet with them. If they can't even make their own appointments I can only imagine how bad their installs must be.

Not only did they not show they did not even call. I guess customer service in America really is dead. If they can't even call to let you know they will be late I can only imagine how bad their installs must be.
