This dealership in Iowa made my recent purchase of a 2010 Fifth Wheel a real pleasure. I live in Tampa, FL and found many of the dealers in FL to be unethical, and are only interested in selling a unit. However at this dealership it is different. They stand behind what they say and sell. After a lengthy discussion with the salesman over the phone I flew into Eldridge, IA and the unit I put a deposit on was even better than what he described. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CHECKING THEM OUT. THEY DO BUSINESS THE OLD WAY...HONESTY AND INTEGRITY.Just to reassure you, I am not associated in any way with this dealership

I wanted to write up a quick review of my experience with Terry Frazer's RV Center where I purchased my 2013 Georgetown 351DSF. I had been looking locally (WI and IL) for a Class A and received "not so stellar salesmanship" from the Collier stores in IL. (I probably won't be posting a negative review but thought I'd throw a quick note out there.) So, I starting looking in MI at dealers up there to start honing in on the model which would suit my family's needs.

In the end, I settled on my Georgetown so the hunt was on to find out who had them. I ran across Terry Frazer online at Terry Frazer . I gave them a call, stated my objectives (I had a truck and trailer which I was trading in as well as my financial objectives) to be totally up front with them. They worked VERY hard to reach MY goals! They gave me thousands more on both of my trades as well as a very aggressive price on my new coach!

I have to say, I was very skeptical when I needed to drive out to Iowa to conduct the transaction. I've never done a telephone / remote transaction like this! I thought I'd drive out there and I'd be nickel and dimed for my trades even though I brought them to a local dealership for tire tread remaining and stuff like that.

To my surprise, I drove out and the transaction was completed in about 15 minutes! I almost felt that I was walking away the winner as opposed to other dealers and transactions previously where I didn't quite get what I wanted. I almost felt guilty as I left thinking it was too good to be true! I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Terry and his team! Thanks a ton and my family will be enjoying many memories in our new Georgetown!

My wife and I finally decided to purchase our first new camper. We finally found the floor plan that we really liked and that was on the Layton Javelin 325RL. We had it delivered on opening day of camp season to our camp ground and started to hook up everything. When we tried to hook up the water we found a bad leaking coming from behind the water heater. So, we had to turn off the water and drove home at almost midnight because our new camper was defective. We finally had a technician come out and replace the faulty valve on the waterheater. So we were finally able to spent the first night in our camper. That night we tried to use the outside speakers to listen to music and they did not work. Then we went into the camper and wanted to watch a DVD movie on the entertainment system and it would not work. Then the shower leaked very badly. We have had the camper for 2.5 months and the shower still leaks so we still can't use the camper unless we don't want to take showers.

We were passing through the area and developed a problem with the auto levelers on our rig. Tom Frazer's RV Center was able to take a look at our problem immediately, and get us fixed and back on the road within a half hour. You don't find this kind of service too often when you are on the road. We truly appreciated this, and highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience

We just purchased a 2014 Cardinal from Terry Frazer RV. We purchased the unit sight unseen from our North Dakota location. Staff has been awesome, RV is perfect. Any small issues were immediately addressed and resolved. They delivered unit to me quickly. Entire transaction was painless. Highly recommend these folks!

I recently purchased a 2010 Heartland Big Country 5th wheel from this dealership. I purchased it over the internet and the transaction couldn't be smoother. After putting down a deposit, I flew into Iowa from Florida and found the unit he had advertised was exactly as advertised. In fact better than what the pictures described. This dealership does business the old fashioned way..offering Service, Quality, Pricing and Honesty. Check them out before you buy somewhere else.

Please note I am not affiliated with this dealership in any respect. John Marr

Worst service department

We bought a brand new 2009 camper from Terry's and we have had nothing but problems with the camper. We call the service department and they never call back and or they say they are ordering parts and they never order the parts. Service is so bad that we now have to call a dealer in Wisconsin to come service our camper. We now know to research camper dealers before purchasing a new camper.
