We walked in with smiles and asked the stylist to show us how long a no. 4 is and she was snippy n rude. We asked for a nice and calm explaination n she roughed up my son's head and pulled his neck and slapped towel on him after she was done. The owner n stylist denied the entire event. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Don't ever go to Lisa. As I am sitting here waiting for my hair to dry, I am about ready to be in tears. First I all, I have been here for 3 hours. I have been here a couple of times and when you get your hair colored and highlighted, be ready to be here 3-4 hours. She does numerous clients in between her doing your hair, so a job that normally takes 2 hours will last 3-4 hours with her.



Second, I asked for a dark brown with subtle light brown pieces. I even showed her a picture. Somehow she managed to do dark dark brown with platinum highlights with those highlights breaking off. I looked like a skunk. I asked her to tone it down but she kept saying that what I have looks like my picture, and in a few weeks the color will fade and look like the picture, or "your hair will never be perfect like u want in the picture because your hair was previously light". She kept making excuses.



Her communication is off because she will cut you off before you try to explain to her how you want your hair, and when she deviates from what you want, she makes excuses.



Bottom line: don't go to her. Waste of money. I usually go to eva at kims salon, but I went to Lisa because Eva is on maternity leave. Learned my lesson this time.
