We trusted John with our investments for business and retirement. In the past 5+ years we made nothing--wanted to move some money out of our investments back into the business for tax purposes...my husband asked him about how much it would cost. He guessed about 2K. John then talked to our CFO (had no right to even talk to her!) and told her it would be about 11K-- She said no it's too much. Instead of ASKING US IF IT WAS OK he liquidated the account costing us $11,000!!!!! His response? "Uh....yeah I probably should have asked you"....no apology --no offering to REFUND HIS COMMISSION, no asking how he could make it up to us or ANYTHING. Said he couldn't personally afford to reimburse us anything. John Mihlbachler has absolutely no conscience. Do NOT trust him with your money because he doesn't care about yours, only his own. He is fully aware that he is protected by Prudential's deep pockets and knows no one will bother to sue him. SHAME ON YOU JOHN MIHLBACHLER!
