they have a phone number but won't answer it for some reason what happens if there was a emergency with a customer shopping there

I am new costomer and i am very irritated with your service.I was going to call but your number is not in the phone book and I could not find it on the websit and i also called customer service and they were no help at and very rude.So i suggest you put your number in the phone book or on your website where people can find it better and talk to the costomer service people and not to be so snoty.Thank you for your time and hopefully listened to what I had to say.
