I got awesome service from Mike at the River Road store today. He worked with me to find the part needed to repair a 94 Lexus rear light assembly that had been stumping me all day. He spent almost an hour with me, disassembling, splicing wires, and reassembling while helping employees and customers at the same time. Took the part home and it worked perfectly, saving me lots of money. I suspect Lexus would have wanted me to replace the whole assembly. Much thanks Mike, you way exceeded expectations and I'll be coming back next time.

Worst service I have ever received, both staff members were rude and dismissive. When I asked a question they both stared at me as if I were stupid and didn't answer until I asked again and with a attitude (as if I the CUSTOMER was an inconvenience) the very large man finally got off his butt to help me. When he did he shoved the wipers at me to which I hung back up and left the store. I hope the owner reads this and the numerous other poor service reviews and fixes this problem. However I will never know because I will NEVER return to this location nor will anyone I know!!!! Absolutely despicable service!!!

I got really good service from this store today. They were polite and helpful in getting me the cheapest and best part for my budget. When the part turned out not to be what we needed they gave me a quick refund. I would suggest this store for there politeness and compassion.
