Took the first step towards a life change with Vold Vision. Attended an after hours screening, met the staff and Dr. Vold. Excellent team and the answered all our questions. Did you know Vold Vision is one of the top 10 facilities in the US? We are lucky to have this first class cutting edge facility in Northwest Arkansas!
I came in for an after hours informational meeting and learned a whole lot about the Lasic procedure. It led me to set up an appointment for my pre-op the very next day.
Dr. Vold and his staff were wonderful. I was seen in a timely manner and LASIK surgery was a success.

Making appointments at this office is a joke. I have been there twice and every time I had to wait more than 2 hours. The staff walk around aimlessly. I would not recommend this office to anyone. A doctors office should value the visitors time as much as they value their own.
