OK People - get in line if you want customer service. After getting very little information from their web site (check it out for yourself), I asked some questions about their previous reviews - (Please check look at them), and I called twice and asked for some information to be mailed to me so that I could be prepared for a meeting at their showroom. The associates that answered the phone were very nice - and said that they would. Two weeks later - still not information (Cabinet styles, sizes, pricing, availability - thats all I wanted). So I called and asked to speak with the owner - he is response "you are too much work and I don't want to deal with you. You don't have time to come down to my showroom - I don't want your business". People - RUN from this place - Don't give them the time of day. Pay 2x as much anywhere else - NOTHING is worth being treated like this!

Pa Home Store has a granite installer by the name of George..He is rude and arrogant,doesn't show up when He says He will and does not return calls. I was forced to call Pa Home store direct to get messages to Him.e.g. When are You coming back to my home and complete the job. He always has an excuse. My contractor looked at the job George did and told Me it was not a very good especially on the granite backsplash. I would never use Him again nor would I have Him back to my house to finish the last outlet on the backspash!! Even if He was going to do it for free. He wants $150.00 extra claiming it is the fault of my electrican.

great store if you are looking to save money on home improvments

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company. Received several cabinets that were the wrong sized, 4 cabinets were missing all together. Toe kick was missing. The crown molding was wrong. Took several trips to the store and countless phone calls to finally get the correct materials and when they arrived my husband had to unload the truck. Many cabinets were off by .25" which caused problems with the appliances fitting properly. In less than a week on of the draw fronts is loose! The owner is rude and arrogant, he and his staff were completely unapologetic. He threatened to charge me for the mistakes he made! It ended up costing me so much more in labor and time it wasn't worth it, plus the fact, the cabinets are already showing signs of poor quality! SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I had a very bad experience with this company. Highly unprofessional way they operate. They used to operate as PA Building materials. They have a sister store called Jersy's home store. Poor quality materials, although the price is lower. There is no warrenty. I do not recommend this store to anyone as once the money is in their hand, they take advanage of people. They do not deliver on time, and you have to call 100 times. It is not worh it.

This is one of the cheap stores, where there is zero professionalism. I would strongly recommend anyone not to go to this store. My suggestion is to go to namebrand store to have value. They have a similar store in NJ called Jersey Home Store. The quality of the products is not good. They take the advance and do not deliver the products on time. Most of the time the products are damaged and they do not honor no warranty. The workers are illegal. They operate like a maffia. I would recommend any decent person to do business with either of these companies.

We are in the process of redoing a bathroom from the foundation out. PA Home Store has helped us save money and they have been a valuable resource for our questions and concerns. I highly recommend them both for cost savings and knowledge base.
