This is Tiva, months old! Awesome experience for her first grooming experience! Happy girl!

I have taken my dogs to a few other places for baths and nails that were ok. I am so happy to have found this place. I have 2 puggles that can be a handful at times and they do a great job. They come home smelling so nice. One of my dogs got a little over excited and hurt herself. The owner called me right away and handled the situation perfectly, I was really impressed by the honesty and concern they showed. I can happily say I never need to try out any other groomers, Biscuits is the best.

Appointment system means nothing to staff. Brought dog in for an 8:00 am appointment thinking he would be ready to pick up around 10:00 am. Not receiving a call by 12:00 pm, I called for a status and was told that my dog wouldn't be ready for pick up until 2:00 PM.

As far as I'm concerned, this is THE place to take my 2 cats. Mollie & Moby appeared incredibly satisfied with the care / attention that they received at Bisquits. I know this is true because neither cat whined, grumbled or carped when I picked them up .... not one noisy moan! Other boarding places have created havoc for me for days afterwards. Like I said: "This is THE place!"
