I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TEXAS ROAD HOUSE!! The food is not that good! I have been there atleast 6 times and everytime my family and i have bad serves. Last time i called 2 hours ahead we got there and had to wait a hour. Then we got sitted and the waiter never came to the table. Then we get our food and mine is cold and doesn't even looked cook. The other time we have gone in there our food is luke-warm (like it was sitting under the heat warmer waiting on the other food) and there serves sucks. One time we were in there for 2 1/2 hours the 1st 35min waiting for a table the reset of the time waiting on food and drinks......

Their food is always GREAT, but the last few times we have been there, we have had horrible service from the minute we walk in. We have a family of 4, and during the summer my mother goes with us, and usually my step mom and siblings, so we always spend a nice amount of money there. I think this year, we will find some other restraunt to go to.
