I had the absolute worst experience at this facility. My church members and I decided to go to this business because we considered it to have good food and good customer service. However, after having eaten there today, I was assured that this was not the case. One of the main reasons for going to Boston's was to watch the Raider vs. Texan's game. They sat us outside because we were a large party (understandable). We told them we did not mind to be sat outside as long as we could catch our game (It was 100 degrees mind you). We were the only ones outside and after asking for about thirty minutes, they reluctantly agreed to change the channel. After five minutes of having changed the channel, they blatantly changed it back to another game. They refused to listen to our request and did not provide us with any reasonable explanation as to why they would change it to another game. When we would ask they kept acting as if they would, but then they would write us off. As for our food, they brought out our entrees before our appetizer because they said there was a "miscommunication" in the back. We had already finished our entrees by the time our appetizer was ready. Beforehand, they had asked us about four or five times what was still missing from our order. (I'm not sure how many times you have to tell someone that your wings still haven't arrived, before they understand that you don't have your wings yet!) As a result, most of our party waited an hour to finally receive their meals. This was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant, and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody else.
