Great Emergency Hospital

We have had to bring our golden retriever to them twice. They explained our options well and we chose the tests and treatments that we were comfortable with and could afford. All of the staff that we encountered were caring and compassionate. They helped us through a couple of difficult and stressful times. Thank goodness that they are available to help nights, weekends and holidays when our regular vet is closed. They are truly the best option in fort collins "after hours".

BAD!!!!!

Please if you can help it do not go to this hospital. I have been there twice now with my four year old retriever. I first brought her in she was on her "death bed sick", I went into this hospital sent by my vet (who is great) and was crying on the floor with my dog because she was so sick. The vet told me that they could either do exploratory surgery for $4000.00 or put her down for $400. because they did not know what was wrong with her. I took her back home and she was fine in a week thanks to my hometown vet with nothing more than the dog flu. The second time I just went back I came in because I thought my dog had respiratory problems from her nose infection. After $300 they told me she had congestive heart failure! I again was in tears and took her to my hometown vet who said she is fine and put her on a stronger antibiotic. These vets do not know what they are doing and I will never take my dog here again. I recommend you do the same.
