Then I called another number and got a nice man on the line that told me the office woman would call me to schedule a service call. Nasty lady calls back yelling on the phone before I could say hello "It is Saturday, I can't find anyone" Then the nasty woman hung up.

Excellent repair company and customer service was top notch. I'd definately call them again for any other issues. Refrigerator works wonderful since repaired.
