What an amazing experience. After my car was badly damaged in an accident, they towed it from my house, gave me constant updates on how the work was progressing and, they did a fantastic job. All the staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They even cleaned it before I picked it up! I would recommend them to anyone.

The worst experience I ever had. It start with an insurance claim after an accident. My car was taken to Master AB where they had an in house claims person. I went out of town for ten days and was very happy to hear my car was ready for pick up. Unfortunately when I got there I was very disappointed. I understood that the rims couldn't be painted but there was no reason for my car to be so dirty and have the inside ransacked. Then to ad insult to injury I was driving my car a few days later and asomeone pulled onside of me to tell me my front right tire was warbling very badly. I pulled over and took off the cap to find 2 lug nuts just laying in the cap and the others were loose. So I tight Ed it myself but when I called Master AB to vent I was told they didn't even do the repairs it was a tire shop that did it. My thing is they couldn't check to make sure it was done right. I could have lost my life and they didn't care at all. I would never use this place or refer anyone to them. Horrible experience
